Pricing Overview
Real Estate (residential):
Under 1,500 sq. ft.—$175
1,500-3,500 sq. ft.—$250
3,500+ sq. ft.—$325*
*Houses will have a limit of 50 photos. Additional photos are available by request at an additional cost of $10 per photo.
-Turn-around time is typically 24 hours or less. I deliver photos via DropBox and scaled down for MLS format. Higher resolution versions are available on request.
-Photoshoots include as many interior and exterior photos needed to properly showcase the entire property (up to 50 photos). A typical 3 bed, 2 bath house will usually yield around 20-25 photos.
-Rates reflect local work (Pulaski County area). For travel outside of Pulaski County, I charge the federal government standard of $0.65 per mile.
*Prices reflect a commercial license. All photos used commercially are licensed copies and are not to be distributed to any other party without permission from the photographer. Per the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation and are owned by the original author (i.e. the photographer).
